Led the design and interactive strategy for a multi-purpose space serving as a content studio, event space, and product showroom. This project had a six-week timeline from concept to launch, with an opening event attended by various Major League Baseball players.

• Designed all areas of the 1,800 sq. ft. space, ensuring a cohesive and functional layout
• Chose materials and finishes for custom-built components
• Advised on the selection of display fixtures and merchandising elements, including hangers, tags, and accessories
• Developed product planograms and detailed layout plans to optimize merchandising and spatial flow
• Provided detailed guidelines for filming in designated media content backgrounds

LOCATION: Toronto, ON
Conceptualized and constructed an original origami concept art installation spanning 48 feet across 3 storefronts, in the historic Commerce Court Building.
Sustainability was a key consideration, and the majority of the display was made from recyclable materials.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Conceptualized and designed the installation
• Full 3D workflow in Rhino: Model, materials, lighting, and rendering created entirely in Rhino
• Prepared 2D files for laser cutting & scoring
• Hand made approximately 350 tetrahedrons in a traditional origami fashion
• Constructed white structural backdrop for each window display

CLIENT: Rogers Media / TSC
DATE: 2013 - 2023
LOCATION: Mississauga, ON
Designed and oversaw the construction of a 4,000 sq. ft. broadcast studio, consisting of four separate sets, for Rogers Media / TSC.
Delivered captivating spaces with the ability to transform in minutes through integrated lightboxes, video displays, and mobile walls. These new sets enabled TSC to quickly customize retail spaces for leading brands in an inexpensive, efficient, and repeatable manner.
Construction budgets ranged from $40,000 to $200,000 per set.

• Provided all original set designs
• Created design drawings for fabricators in SketchUp
• Oversaw the set dressing and customization of these spaces on a ongoing basis
• Created environmental graphics for lightboxes
• Approved content created by graphics department for on-set video displays
• Sourced and purchased furnishings and décor

• 1 x 4K video display and 300sq. ft. of lightboxes allowed for the space to be easily customized

• 2 x video display walls (5400x3840), 3 x product display cases, stage riser and removable runway allows for versatility

Commissioned by the Dr. Janine Group to create a comprehensive social media broadcast studio, with six distinct shooting areas in only 1200 sq. ft.
Within one year, Dr. Janine's social following grew from 60k to 515k on YouTube and from 55k to over 1 million on TikTok.

Designed a pop-up shop, interview stage, and broadcast corner for Rogers Media at Toronto Fashion Week. For this project, a highly strategized design allowed for an impactful space to be built, lit, camera tested, and merchandized in the limited time frame (6 hours) that was allotted to each participant.
